CANADIAN ANTI-SPAM LAW (CASL) POLICY

This CASL Policy is applicable to Katy A. L. McGirr, Virtual Law Clerk and to www.kalmvlc.ca (collectively “KALMVLC”) and sets out the policy on compliance with CASL.
CASL is a law allowing recipients control over electronic messages they receive.
KALMVLC does not send unsolicited electronic correspondence without prior consent from the recipient.
Further, KALMVLC’s compliance with CASL includes:
